~ Friday 28 to Sunday 30 March ~ With over 35 years of experience in Tai Chi, Qigong, various martial art and Shaolin disciplines, Tao brings a deep, diverse knowledge to his classes. Raised as a Buddhist, his journey has included formal Buddhist education and extensive meditation practice both here andabroad. He has studied extensively in China, India, Nepal, and Thailand, deepening his understanding of both Taoist and Buddhist philosophies.
Tao's teaching reflects a down-to-earth, practical approach, aimed at integrating these ancient practices into modern Western life, making them accessible and meaningful for today’s world.
The weekend will include some Tai Chi short forms, Qigong movements and meditation.
