A Hatha Yoga workshop led by Venerable Thubten Drime and Annie McGhee

Spring is the time for a fresh start ... awakening from the dormant winter months and energising the body and mind to emerge back into the world with enthusiasm and joy.
Hatha yoga emphasises the breath – connecting the mind, body and breath together, to develop awareness, mindfulness and concentration. Yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, health and well-being to bring physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance – simply being here and now, enjoying the peace and stillness within. Opening up the heart, mind and body through the postures and breathing techniques with joyous effort, will awaken us to our true nature, our full potential. Hatha yoga is for everybody. 
This workshop schedule:
10:00am to 11:45am - 
12:00pm to 1:00pm - 

1:00pm to 1:30pm - 
2:00pm to 3:45pm -
Yoga, Qigong, meditation and chanting with Drime,
Lunch: Veg soup, crusty bread, apple crumble and 
yoghurt with chai/tea/coffee,
Tour with Drime and Annie,
Yin yoga with Annie.
~ The cost of this workshop including lunch and refreshments is $70.00 ~
